air france sold too many sits on my plane i couldnt go in at the last minute (even if i bought my plane ticket a month ago). Then air france tried to put me on different planes for many cities in europe to then take another plane to Birmingham. At the end because of many delays and problems it took me 19 hours to go there instead of the 3 hours it takes me usualy. Very bad and stressful experience. The only good thing of the day was that the air france staff was nice with me.

Rubbish call centre. Cost me hours over several days trying to fix a cancelled flight. Plus the flight was rearranged a mere 5 times after reschedule. Meaning a taxi driver waited 4 hours to pick me up.

That was the worst trip ever. The air line were unorganized not transparent worst of all the fight did not get to destination on the scheduled day. The flight was cancelled on the 5th we didn't leave Paris until about 11.30 am on the 6th of feb.
