Good price friendly airline staff but the inflight entertainment equipment on the flight London-Mexico was not working - in several rows of seats food was poor quality. The flight Mexico-Oaxaca was delayed by more than an hour due to mechanical failure. Airport lounges in Mexico City airport do not open until 4 5 or 6 o´clock depending on which one uses so it is not really possible to use them.

they rescheduled the flight the day before we flew so we had to arrange an alternative flight with Aeromexico. Thankfully they were able to put us on a flight leaving earlier the same day without too much hassle. But the experience was still quite frustrating due to the short notification time and limited alternative options. Having said that the alternative flight we were booked on was good and the staff were helpful.
