Flybe is a British low cost regional airline. With headquarters at Exeter International Airport in Devon, England, the airline also has 14 bases across the UK, with Southampton being its largest. The Flybe fleet consists of 68 Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, Embraer E-175, and E-195 which fly to over 100 destinations, mainly in the UK, but also in Ireland and continental Europe. Flybe's frequent flyer programme is called Rewards4all.

There are 3 ways to check-in online:

• Online check-in: Passengers with hand luggage can simply print out their boarding pass and proceed directly to airport security. They can do so 36 to 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. Those with checked bags will need to head to bag drop first.
• Automatic check-in (email): Online check-in is also available during the online booking process via the “automatic check-in” option. 36 to 15 hours prior to flight departure passengers will then receive their boarding pass via email. Those travelling with hand luggage can pass directly through security with their boarding pass whilst passengers with checked baggage will first need to head to Flybe Bag Drops.
• Automatic check-in (mobile boarding pass): An electronic boarding pass is available for mobiles. This service is available during the online booking process. Passengers simply need to select “automatic check-in” whereby they will receive a bar-coded boarding pass on their mobile 36 to 15 hours before their flight is scheduled to depart.

One cabin bag, with the dimensions of 55 x 32 x 20cm may be taken onboard a Flybe flight. Travelers are allowed to bring on board:

• 1 piece of luggage not exceeding 55 x 32 x 20cm in dimension (including handles and wheels).
• 1 small handbag or personal item (laptop, briefcase) to be stored under the front seat.

Both items may not exceed 10kg in weight.For any oversized bags, a charge of £50 will be applied at the gateand the bag will be placed into the hold to be collectedfrom the carousel on arrival.

Checked baggage is free on Flybe flights depending on the passengers’ class of travel.

• Just fly: An extra fee must be paid for hold luggage.
• Get more: Included in the ticket price is 1 bag not exceeding 20kg in weight.
• All In: Included in the ticket price are 2 bags with a combined weight of a maximum 40kg.

Passengers may choose to add hold baggage online up to 2 hours before flight departure, via the Customer Call Centre up to 4 hours before their flight, or during the online booking process. Adding hold luggage during the online booking process is the cheapest option.
