If there’s a way to give this airline no stars that’s what they would be getting. This is hands down the worse airline experience I have ever had in my life and I travel both International and Domestic very often. From the unclear directions on their websites on booking to the extra charges we incurred because of how unclear their website is and quite frankly we felt scammed. They charged us an extra $300 to rebook our ticket because my middle name wasn’t on my ticket. However their website did not even provide a box to add your middle name. After they reticketed me my middle name did not even show up on my new ticket so one only begs to question how legitimate this whole process even is. I am not the only person that fell for this trick. About over 50% of the plane had to be reticketed for the same reason. That is how unclear and misleading their website and their process is. On top of all of that Their planes are extremely old and understaffed. If they continue doing business like this It is only a Matter of time they will go out of business. Please read how horrible this airline is from all other reviews I will never ever book this airline ever again.
