it took me 2 hours and several attempts to try to log in online without any success cause they have a programming problem! it kept telling me that the "gender" was missing when of course I had clicked on my gender..... Fortunately I was able to check in at the airport for free...

In Copenhagen we left almost two and a half hours later. The reason was not an earthquake an icy runway or a technical defect. The reason was that some strange person made the decision (for meabsolutely unreasonable) that we have to wait for the catering. The supplier simply did not come. Then (after one and a half hours) the catering finally arrived. But then of course there were quite a few planes ahead of us in the pipeline. It took another hour before we took off. We landed at 2:12. More than two hours later than planned and most of the passengers had to get away from the airport somehow (try that in the middle of the night). What upset me is not the delay - something like this can happen - what makes me really angry is the reason and that I was penned for six hours in a small seat so the pilot gets his tomato juice.
