Good service plenty of room in the standard seats. The flight was booked last minute from Manchester to Salzburg due to a family emergency. There were no direct flights and the stop over between flights was 9 hours which was frustrating.

Aircraft was clean and seats were ok bearing in mind price paid however there were delays and our connecting flight from Cologne was eventually cancelled. There were no Eurowings staff about to inform us and eventually airport staff / Eurowings attempted to deal with over 200 passengers requiring accommodation and onward travel. It was diabolical and nearly midnight. After an hour in a queue we were informed that we could make our own arrangements and then make a claim. After a long delayed flight this is what we decided to do. A terrible experience really

Flight was cancelled on the return and RyanAir was understaffed to process the passengers onto new flights and book overnight accommodations. I already knew hotels were limited for the weekend and out of fear I’d be stuck waiting forever in a line (100+) deep I rebooked myself. Now will have to deal with reimbursement on my own.
