I have aleady missed my flight, because you company is not write in the ticket (jeddah international Airport old or new. I already go 1 hour and fifteen minuts befor the flight time. And new airport staff tell me here no flight domestic, and after i book the taxi and i go the old airport but this time only fifteen minuts remaining the flight time. The jeddah staff behavior is very bad with me
The airline was completely unhelpful. We were 5 minutes late for check in even though there was an hour before the flight and the staff did nothing to help or offer advice other than day the counter was closed. They just ignored us and said go book another flight. Even their manager was of the same attitude and simply walked away instead of listening and helping. I used the return leg of the flight and again found the checkin staff very unhelpful.
