Awful service wanted to book a bag and couldn't ended up costing me $65 at the airport even though I'd spent hours trying to book a bag then got told the economy class have 20kg free but once I arrived and checked in they told me I was budget economy so I didnt get this free baggage allowance

I was a couple of kilos over 10Kgs and with a small guitar So had to pay 65 dollars excess. I have been travelling similarly for years and no other airline has charged. Ironic since the plane was an old and rickety ( but with old fashioned leather seats) ATR 72 soon to be a museum piece!

Very disappointed as I was quoted one price and then when I confirmed the booking the price almost doubled. To then top it off the airline refused to let us on the plane unless we provided proof we would be leaving Vietnam in 14 days and were forced into booking unwanted bus tickets totalling £90. Very disappointed and would like to know your complaints procedure.
