Parking is too expensive. Give yourself LOADS of spare time to get through security it's very busy. My partner and I helped an elderly lady travelling alone who was stuggling to carry her suitcase down a flight of stirs to the departure gate in T3. There was a lift but she hadn't seen the sign for it. Maybe there could be another clearer sign to indicate that lifts are available at the top of the staircase.
