Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) before purchasing eDreams Prime.
When purchasing eDreams Prime, you agree to accept these T&Cs.
The provider of eDreams Prime is:
Vacaciones eDreams SL duly incorporated in Spain and registered in the Trade Registry of Madrid with registered office is at Calle de Manzanares, nº 4, Planta 1º, Oficina 108, 28005, Madrid, Spain (“us” or “we”).
Please be aware that the terms and conditions for the purchase of your product are different to these T&Cs. The terms and conditions of your product of choice will be brought to your attention before you finalise your booking.
You can contact us through our online Help Centre. If you would prefer to contact us by telephone please use the Prime Line (defined in Article 1).
eDreams Prime allows you to benefit from a preferential total price, all costs included (“eDreams Prime”). These price conditions (“Prime Fare/Fares”) apply to Prime customers on bookings made on the website https://www.edreams.co.uk/ (hereafter the “Website”) and/or through our mobile application eDreams (hereafter collectively “Application”). eDreams Prime is available to all persons identified in the booking (provided that you are also a part of the booking and that you are logged in to your User Account (defined in Article 2).
Please note: We reserve the right to apply or disapply the Prime Fare to airlines and railway companies from time to time and at any time, and particularly in the case of any airlines/railway companies where an order is made for its winding up, administration or dissolution, where it threatens to cease to carry on business, where it threatens insolvency or become insolvent, or any event that may be analogous to such circumstances.
For the avoidance of doubt, eDreams Prime will: (i) allow you to get Prime Fares for the products that during the purchase of eDreams Prime on the Website/Application/Mobile Website were clearly indicated in the list of included advantages that may be some or all of the following: flight, hotel, car and train bookings individually or collectively (i.e. dynamic packaging) searched; and (ii) not apply to services not expressly indicated in these T&Cs/Confirmation Email (defined in Article 2)/purchase of your eDreams Prime.
eDreams Prime also allows you to access additional benefits. The additional benefits currently available are the following:
Exclusive eDreams Prime customer service: priority phone number (“Prime Line”) which shall be available only to Prime customers, the details of which will be sent to you in your Confirmation Email when you an eDreams Prime customer. You can also request details of Prime Line through the Help Centre in our contact details above.
We reserve the right to modify/update/extend the list of available additional benefits at any time.
eDreams Prime is reserved for the use of individuals over 18 years old and is only for private and personal use, and cannot be used for business or professional purposes. Individuals acting in a business capacity as well as companies and/or legal entities are not allowed to purchase eDreams Prime or to benefit from it.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the benefits of your eDreams Prime in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
To purchase eDreams Prime, simply search and book a product on our Application with the Prime Fare option selected. When conducting a search on our Website or Application, two fares will be displayed, the Prime Fare and the full fare. Selecting the Prime Fare and continuing to book that journey with that fare selected will result in you offering to purchase of a free trial of eDreams Prime (the “Trial Period”) and availing of the Prime Fare as defined above. YOU WILL BE CHARGED YOUR PRIME FEE FOR THE RENEWAL TERM ON EXPIRY OF YOUR TRIAL PERIOD (terms as defined below).
We will accept your purchase of eDreams Prime by sending a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”) as of the date that you become an eDreams customer (the “Effective Date”). Your Confirmation Email will also state the duration of your Free Trial. As of the Effective Date, you are a Prime customer, and an account will automatically be created for you on the Website and/or Application (your “User Account”) that allows you, when logged in, during the Prime Term (as defined under Article 3), to make further bookings at the advantageous eDreams Prime conditions. You will need to set your password following the instructions on the Website/Application.
Please note that after you have become an eDreams Prime customer, to continue using eDreams Prime and availing of the Prime Fares, you need to: (i) keep your User Account active (so you cannot cancel the User Account during the entire Prime Term); (ii) you must be logged in to your User Account during the booking; and (iii) be part of that reservation. Our General T&Cs will apply to any cancellation or change in your booking. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT DOES NOT ENTAIL THE CANCELLATION OR THE TERMINATION OF YOUR EDREAMS PRIME AND THAT YOU ARE THE SOLE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE, PRESERVATION AND PRIVACY OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND CREDENTIALS.
You agree to keep your personal information correct and accurate (email address, contact details, etc.) by updating your User Account and/or informing the customer service department of any changes to your personal information via the process described in the Help Centre.
In the event that eDreams Prime is offered elsewhere (for instance by email), please follow the instructions displayed to you.
The benefits of eDreams Prime will be the same regardless of the channel that you choose to purchase eDreams Prime. The benefits of eDreams Prime can be redeemed by logging in to your User Account on the following channels: Website and Application.
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at our sole discretion at any time. Updated versions of the T&Cs will be posted on the Website and on the relevant section of the Application and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before your use of eDreams Prime, to see if these T&Cs have changed. Use of eDreams Prime after any changes to the T&Cs constitutes your consent to the changes. For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable T&Cs are those (i) in force at the time of your eDreams Prime purchase, or (ii) in the event of renewal of your Prime, the T&Cs in force at that date of your last renewal.
Your eDreams Prime starts from the Effective Date and is valid initially for the Trial Period. You can cancel your free trial by contacting us as per the procedure below.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR EDREAMS PRIME BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS (UNLESS TERMINATED BY US OR OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THESE T&Cs).
YOUR EDREAMS PRIME WILL CONTINUE TO RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH RENEWAL TERM (“RENEWAL DATE”) FOR FURTHER TWELVE MONTH TERMS UNLESS YOU CANCEL. Each twelve month renewal period (a “Renewal Term”) and the Trial Period are separately and together referred to as the “Prime Term”.
However, in the case of certain promotions (for example, a free trial period, price reduction, etc.) you may have purchased an initial longer or shorter PrimeTerm (for instance, a Prime Term of 1, 3 or 6 months, etc.) In those circumstances, you will become an eDreams Prime customer and may use eDreams Prime in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the promotion for that particular Prime Term. If you are unsure of the specific Prime Term that applies to you, your Confirmation Email will contain the relevant information, or you can contact us through our Help Centre or the Prime Line (details of which will be in the Confirmation Email).
EACH PARTY MAY CANCEL YOUR EDREAMS PRIME BY PROVIDING THE OTHER PARTY WITH NOTICE AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR THE END OF THE RESPECTIVE PRIME TERM STATING THEIR WISH TO CANCEL YOUR EDREAMS PRIME OR THAT THEY DO NOT WISH FOR IT TO RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. YOU CAN PROVIDE US THIS NOTICE BY ACCESSING YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED THERE.
The eDreams Prime fee (“Prime Fee”) is due and payable in advance of the start of any Prime Term which follows the Trial Period. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR TRIAL PERIOD, YOUR PRIME FEE FOR THE RENEWAL TERM WILL BE DUE ON EXPIRY OF THE TRIAL PERIOD.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR EDREAMS PRIME WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORISE EDREAMS (WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW) TO COLLECT THE PRIME FEE USING THE PAYMENT DETAILS REGISTERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Storage of your bank data: we will store the payment details that you provided at the time of your purchase of eDreams Prime and creation of your User Account, and any subsequent bookings made while logged into your User Account.
You also agree that by purchasing eDreams Prime you accept that those payment details stored in your User Account will also be used to collect the Prime Fee due for any subsequent Renewal Term. Should that payment method have expired on the Effective Date, we will ask you to provide up to date payment information in your User Account and/or if expired subsequently, ask you to enter up to date payment information in a dedicated renewal payment section of your User Account and/or, if applicable, we will apply those updated payment details provided to us in relation to any other booking that you have made during the Prime Term.
This shall apply any subsequent Renewal Term.
PAYMENT DETAILS ENTERED MUST BELONG TO YOU. BY ENTERING THE PAYMENT DATA, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THEM AND ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING SO.
You will only be entitled to benefit from eDreams Prime during the Prime Term provided that the Prime Fee has been paid. Within the Prime Term, the service eDreams Prime is valid for all bookings as defined under Article 1 that you make on our Website or Application.
You can cancel eDreams Prime at any moment during the Prime Term according to the instructions provided above. Note that the Prime Fee will not be refunded (except if you exercise your right to withdrawal as stated under Article 4).
The Prime Fee shall be considered the payment for a voucher with a par value equal to the Prime Fee (the “Prime Voucher”). The Prime Voucher shall be redeemed by you during the Prime Term when you make a booking on our Website and Application. The Prime Voucher is redeemed against the service fee charged by us for the handling of your booking with a maximum of the par value of the Prime Voucher. Therefore, we will not issue an invoice for the Prime Fee charged until the Prime Voucher is actually redeemed by you. Any unused portion of the Prime Voucher shall expire and shall not be entitled for refund or exchange for any products or further purchases.eDreams Prime becomes effective on the Effective Date as defined in Article 2 above. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the Effective Date without giving any reason (and is separate from your rights to cancel under Article 3). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to communicate your decision to us by calling us on the Prime Line (details will be in your Confirmation Email) before the 14 day period has expired.
If during that 14 day period you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, but we may make a deduction from the reimbursement if you have already enjoyed the benefit of eDreams Prime by your express agreement (i.e. by making a purchase with a Prime Fare). Such deduction shall correspond to the amount of any benefits provided by us up until we receive the communication of your decision to withdraw. Thus, any refund due following the exercise of your right of withdrawal will be impacted by any amount owed to us for benefits already received due to the execution of eDreams Prime, at your request.
The refund by eDreams Prime will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

eDreams Prime is solely and exclusively for private use. You undertake to use Prime and any of the benefits exclusively for private use. If we detect commercial use or other misuse (including, but not limited to, a number of bookings made in a one day period or excessive multiples of travellers in the bookings, that we may consider to be suspicious or inconsistent with mere personal use), or where a third party is erroneously using eDreams Prime for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right at any moment and without any prior notice to (i) verify private use of eDreams Prime and/or any of the benefits (ii) to deny access to your User Account (iii) terminate eDreams Prime (or subsequent renewal), (iv) to demand the refund of unduly acquired advantages.
You agree to use and benefit from eDreams Prime in good faith and to inform us of any change or information that might interfere with eDreams Prime or its benefits.
By purchasing eDreams Prime, you undertake to use it in compliance with the terms of the present T&Cs as well as all applicable laws.
You undertake to use eDreams Prime and any of the benefits in accordance with the present T&Cs and, in particular, to not use eDreams Prime in an abusive or fraudulent way. You are expressly prohibited from assigning the benefit of eDreams Prime to a third party, using it in a commercial way, or using the identity of another user or using a User Account which do not belong to you. We may transfer or assign any of our rights or obligations under these T&Cs without your prior written consent.
EDREAMS PRIME AND OTHER FEATURES OF THE WEBSITE AND APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SUCH FEATURES WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR IN AN ERROR-FREE FASHION, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE APPLICATION OR THE SERVER ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.Applicable Law: These T&Cs, as well as any relationship between you and us, shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Spanish courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Notwithstanding same, if you are a consumer, You will additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of consumer laws of your country of residence (“Mandatory Provisions”) and may also bring proceedings in respect of enforcement of relevant applicable Mandatory Provisions in the courts of the country in which You are domiciled.
If you have submitted a complaint to our customer service for any reason whatsoever but you consider our answer to be unsatisfactory, you can follow the online dispute resolution procedure offered by the European Commission.
