Following an hour and a half walk from Agua Amarga, visitors will rewarded with this beautiful and hidden beach boasting the most beautiful turquoise and emerald waters, sparkling white sands and unique volcanic rock formations. A true gem in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park!

Featuring over a kilometre of sparkling golden sands, the beach of Los Muertos is very popular amongst visitors and locals alike. Accessing the beach from the neighbouring town of Carboneras is not very easy however, its unrivalled beauty still allures many sunseekers especially in summer when the beach can get very crowded.

Located in Roqueta de Mar is the lively Aguadulce resort, the ideal beach for enjoying the sun and sand as a family. It comprises a wide beach with shallow waters and a wide range of services. At night, many gather in the clubs and bars until the early hours of the morning.

Featuring grey rocks and sparkling sands, this beautiful beach boasts an amazing defense tower (Macenas Castle) dating back to the 18th century.Complete your day with a visit to the lovely neighbouring town of Mojacar with its typical white houses lining the foot of the Sierra de Cabrera mountain range.

Having featured in the hit film "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", Playa Monsul could certainly be classed as the most famous beach on the Costa de Almeria. Surrounded by volcanic rocks, this virgin beach in San Jose is also home to "La Peineta" or "Monsul's rock" comprising a large and striking volcanic rock. Just beautiful!

This comprises a small and quiet beach boasting transparent waters and sparkling, fine sand. It isn't a very busy beach meaning that it's perfect for relaxing in a beautiful, natural environment.
